I got a discount code but I don’t know how to use it

If you want to use your discount code you just have to enter it in your basket in the space "Order codes" reserved for that purpose and to confirm it. Your basket is automatically recalculated according to your discount.

I've forgotten my username or my password

Your username is the email address you gave at the time of your subscription (on our new or former websites). If you have forgotten your password, just click on "forgotten your password?" under My Oreca Space access and give your email.
